Christelle Avart has been working for more than 20 years in R&D in the food industry or consulting companies providing expertise and advice on global food regulations. She joined Cereal Partners Worldwide (CPW) in 2011, as part of the Nutrition, Regulatory & Scientific Affairs team. Her knowledge and expertise embrace technical and communication compliance with regulations including expertise in nutrition science & healthy diets.
She is chairing the Food policy working group of the Whole Grain Initiative and she is also part of the Wholegrain definitions working group, both helping to promote whole grain as a key component of healthy diets.
