We warmly welcome you in the beautiful Lipperland region in Germany!

For this conference, the cities of Detmold and Bad Salzuflen are part of our conference package. Two beautiful cities that help us working together to organize a conference of this size. We invite you to arrive at least one day before the conference starts - both cities offer excellent opportunities to spend a few days sightseeing and relaxing. To reach the venue, you will always need some time - either by taking the door-to-door shuttle from Bad Salzuflen (approx. 30 minutes) or by walking up the mountain from the city center in Detmold (approx. 20 minutes).

We as organizers will ensure a great and pleasant experience and therefore ask you to help us decide where you would like to stay with during this time. Please do not plan to stay in another city if you do not have a car with you and please consider our hotel recommendations.

Bad Salzuflen is about 30 minutes by bus from Detmold. We ask you to take advantage of the opportunity to stay at the Hotel Maritim, where ICC pre-reserved several rooms for a reasonable price during the trade fair season there. 

Please book in a timely manner, since we have agreed on a fixed acceptance period and have to return excess quotas relatively soon.

We will organize a door-door shuttle from Bad Salzuflen for you for all activities. On Monday, the first day there will be a bus for the pre-conference attendees as well as one bus for all other Summit attendees.

Further it is planned to include the morning transport on Tuesday and Wednesday into the interactive sessions for the Summit.

Bad Salzuflen will be suitable for you in any cases, but especially for the following:

• We strongly ask all participants who will join the Gala Dinner on Tuesday afternoon to stay in Bad Salzuflen!
• We strongly recommend participants with restricted mobility to stay in Bad Salzuflen as you would have to make a walk every day to the conference venue up a hill to the venue AGF of about 20 minutes. Our shuttle from Bad Salzuflen will bring you directly to the venue.
